For visa information, please visit the Visitor Supporting Documents page of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Please email icndsa.ncr@christuniversity.in to request a Visa Invitation Letter so that you can print and use it while obtaining a visa.
Obtaining a Visa Support Letter from the ICNDSA-2026 Conference will not guarantee that your India visa application will be approved. The letter is merely supplementary information that explains a visa applicant's intended purpose of travel to India.
Visa Support Letter Policy
For security purposes, the conference has the following policy for issuing official Visa Support Letters:
- Visa Support Letters will be issued only after successful registration and full payment of the conference fee.
- Visa Support Letters can only be issued to registered participants attending as a participant, author, chair, or speaker.
- Visa Support Letters cannot be issued for accompanying guests of participants.
